The Impact Performance Scorecard is a self-assessment tool designed to help you identify patterns in your training, energy, focus, discipline, recovery, and personal standards. It is provided for educational and informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, nutritional, or fitness advice.

You agree to use the scorecard and related services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information about yourself or another person.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the underlying systems, databases, or server functions.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scraping to extract data or submit responses at scale.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the scoring logic, questions, or results pages for commercial use without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for conduct that violates these terms or harms the service or other users.

When you submit your email address, you consent to receive your scorecard results and related communications from Impact Performance Club : Powered By Fitness Impact. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in those messages, or by contacting us at friends@fitnessimpactonline.com.

This scorecard is an educational self-assessment and is not a medical, psychological, nutritional, or diagnostic evaluation.

The scorecard, results, recommendations, and any associated content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific fitness, health, performance, or business outcome from using the scorecard or participating in any related program.

Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress-management, or medical routines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impact Performance Club : Powered By Fitness Impact and its owners, coaches, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the scorecard or any program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no payment was made.

All content, branding, scoring methodology, questions, copy, and materials on the scorecard are owned by Impact Performance Club : Powered By Fitness Impact or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the scorecard after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
